Your books tell the story of your business. I help you read that story with clarity, confidence, and calm.

You do not need to already have it to start working with me. Frankly, I prefer when you don't - it's easier to start with a clean slate. But if you do we will see what state it is in and make a decision from there.

My preferred software is Xero and I will do the heavy lifting of transferring you over to it if you are elsewhere.

The Xero subscription will be included in my monthly/quarterly fee.

1. Fill out the Discovery Form below.

2. Book a call -OR- submit the Questionnaire.

After submitting the Discovery Form you will be given the choice to book a free Discovery Call with me or submit a Questionnaire with additional information so that I can put together a quote for you.

*I offer the 2 options of a  Questionnaire or Discovery Call so that I can serve you in a way that feels most aligned to you. The questionnaire is just an online form used in place of a call to collect more detailed information.

I never want time, scheduling or not wanting to do a discovery call to stand in the way of working together.

Submitting the Questionnaire will often get you your quote faster. 

3. Quote

Once I have your information from the Call or Questionnaire I will put together a quote for you and send it to you via email. The quote will consist of 2 parts.

First, the monthly fee for my bookkeeping services.

Second, the onboarding fee, which is a one time cost to get your books setup and caught up. The time of year and start date of the bookkeeping will be the biggest factor in this cost.

However, you will not be charged my monthly rate multiplied by the amount of months that need to be caught up. This fee will be discounted for new monthly/quarterly clients.

4. Contract & Payment

Once you accept the quote I will send you a contract to sign and then you will make your first payment. 

5. Onboarding

Finally, we will schedule the onboarding call during which we will set up your Xero account, connect your bank accounts, and work on getting me read-only access to your bank accounts so I can pull statements for you every month/quarter.

Once your books are set up I'll maintain your books monthly.

After each month ends I will pull your bank statements, categorize your transactions from that month and put together a Profit and Loss Statement (P&L).

You will receive one email with any questions/clarifications as needed and once those questions are answered you'll receive the P&L via email with highlights of what your numbers are telling you.

I'll have your books to you by the end of the month, if not sooner as long as your answer questions in a timely manner.

Once your books are set up I'll maintain your books quarterly.

Quarters are: 

January - March

April - June 

July - September 

October - December 

After each quarter ends I will pull your bank statements, categorize your transactions from that quarter and put together a Profit and Loss Statement (P&L).

You will receive one email with any questions/clarifications as needed and once those questions are answered you'll receive the P&L via email with highlights of what your numbers are telling you.

I'll have your books to you by the end of the month, if not sooner, as long as your answer questions in a timely manner.

You will receive 4 reports per year and reports will be delivered in:

April, July, October and January

Quarterly bookkeeping will not be suitable for most businesses. But if you are just starting out this may be a good fit.

All clients are provided with a personalized Profit and Loss Statement (P&L); customized for your specific business with information that you care about the most.

We can discuss any specifics you want shown and broken down on your reports as we start working together. 

When the report is sent to you I will highlight the most important and relevant information in a way that is simple and easy to understand.

You will also be given a suggested set aside for taxes, which I recommend you place in a high yield savings account.

My base package for monthly clients starts at $375 per month and will vary based on complexity and needs. 

Quarterly clients start at $187 per month and are also billed on a monthly basis. 

When we work together and implement good systems that allow me to deliver high quality accurate data most clients will fall into these minimums.

If your books need to be caught up there will be a one time onboarding fee however, this is discounted for new monthly/quarterly bookkeeping clients.

You will be billed on a monthly auto-pay subscription.
